Walk | A bushwalk of any kind short or longMcPhails fire trail is an unused fire trail which descends from the top of the escarpment near Fitzroy Falls to Kangaroo Valley. The first part of the walk is along the Pipeline Management Trail and morning tea at the lookout provides views over Bendeela Pondage. Returning to McPhails fire trail which leads off the Management Trail and descends through rain forest down to the valley below. The last part of the descent is very steep. A car shuffle is required. Hazards: Rough track with fallen trees and very steep slippery sections. Limit:12. Map: Bundanoon 8928-1-S
