There are options for camping on the banks of the Lachlan River and also accommodation options in the nearby town of Hay. Daily field trips will include a time and place for meeting so that people with various accommodation preferences can be accommodated. Note that arranging transport and accommodation is the responsibility of the individual participant.   Hazards: Possibly flood waters, given the recent weather! Possibly heatwave. Who knows!
