  Beat the school holiday crowds. Walk Flat Rock from Racecourse Beach across rocks to Rennies Beach for swim, and back through South Pacific Heathland Reserve. Helen’s house for lunch; BYO food and drink. Can use BBQ. Very short rock scramble can be a challenge, but help is at hand. If rocks too slippery we will walk Racecourse Beach instead. Park in street at Helen’s house. Depart from Helen’s house at 10am.
