Starting at Pierces pass, we follow the walking track through dense vegetation past Fairy Grotto, continuing down until we reach the river crossing. From here it’s a fairly open track beside the gorgeous Grose river to Blue Gum Forest. Return via the same route. Mountain Devils are flowering and the bush on this descent is simply delightful. Joint walk with the Bushclub. Muddy in parts, can be slippery when wet. Plenty of steps.
