History:	Formed 28 Apr 1974 as a branch (subgroup) of Central Region. Early figures included Stewart Eiseman, P. Garland, Colin Mason, Bob Prater, Ron Webster and Jack Peattie (1921-2022). Reconstituted 9 Feb 1976 as a branch of the Association. Also known as ‘Tamworth Namoi’.
