Paddle | A canoe or kayak tripSlow pace | A trip where the leader will set an easy pace.We launch in the crystal-clear waters opposite the river mouth then head upstream to explore deep into two mangrove forests. We will then paddle further upstream to some very civilised table and chairs near Nungarry Rest Area for lunch before heading back. Participants to provide their own craft & are required to wear a correctly fitted PFD. Tidal. Deep water. Possible wake from motorboats. Limit: 16. View

The walk returns to Lindfield Park via the picturesque Little Digger Track, and through a few shortcut alley ways in East Lindfield. Steep, rugged and slippery sections. Limit: 15. View

Walk | A bushwalk of any kind short or longPublic Transport | There are public transport options to and from this activity.This walk is one of the star attractions in the Blue Mountains now, and this time, I plan to do the entire route as I had to stop halfway last time due to the rain. Expect dozens of waterfalls, jaw-dropping viewpoints and newly upgraded track and bridges along the way. Lots of steps.

  1. Clarke's Pt reserve, Kelly's bush: This is a beautiful short and simple route that explores Clarkes Point Reserve and the heritage-listed bushland, Kellys Bush Park, on the southern foreshore of the Woolwich area in Sydney.
  2. Churches in Hunters Hill: All Saints Church, Ferry Street, the Congregational Church Garden, Alexandra Street; across the overpass to St Joseph’s Convent, Gladesville Road and Rocher Avenue to Villa Maria,
  3. Boronia Park Reserve along the Lane Cove River. Along the route you can enjoy beautiful views over the water as you walk near sections of mangroves that hold a variety of bird and wildlife species. There are sections of boardwalk along the way to keep things interesting too.
