LV: Book launch: Plants of the Parkes Forbes Area, Wiradjuri Country

The Lachlan Valley Branch of National Parks Association NSW has recently completed a field guide to native trees and shrubs of the Wiradjuri country of Parkes and Forbes.

Branch President, Martin Bell, is excited to launch this updated guide. "We want to celebrate the publishing of this important book with our branch members and any interested members of the community."

Councillor Marg Applebee will officiate. Special guests are Wiradjuri representative Geoff Anderson, and Michael Chambers and Hannah Farrant-Jayet from Parkes Shire Council.

Light refreshments will be served.
