Formed circa 1972 as a branch (subgroup) of Central Region. Early founders included Peter Mylrea, Helen Philpotts, Noel Thiess, Geoff Morton and Geoff Brickhill.
Reconstituted 9 Feb 1976 as a branch of the Association. Inactive since early 2010s.
