Armidale

History:

Formed 25 Jul 1974 as a branch (subgroup) of Central Region. Founding figures included Peter Metcalfe, Ian Johnstone, John Williams (d. 2005), Beth Williams (1928-2021), Peter Jarman and Geoff Tranter. Reconstituted 9 Feb 1976 as a branch of the Association.

A branch was formed in Walcha in 1974 by Margot Fleming and others, but closed circa 1983.
