descent. This is a challenging circular walk/climb. Only for fit
walkers as hard navigation over/under boulders and rocks. The
highlight of this walk is finding a passage through the
boulders as we pick our way through the slot canyon.
Very steep descent and ascent. Steep, slippery

towards Griffins Trail to the Barren Grounds car park.
Requires a car shuffle. Hazards: Rough track, very steep descents and ascents,

After crossing the river, we climb up the rough track via Missingham Steps and once on top we follow the management trail back to the car park. Steep off-track walking, unfenced edges, slippery rocks, creek/river crossings, bites, stings, wet feet, environmental conditions.
