| Retrace the famous explorer Ludwig Leichhardt's remarkable 1843 journey to Mt Royal (50km north of Singleton) with Martin from nearby Callicoma Hill Eco-cabins, who has researched Leichhardt’s eventful but scarcely known visit. Leichhardt left a legacy of plant collection, natural history insight & detailed scientific observations that Martin will bring to life in this beautiful place which has remained largely unchanged in 170 years. Join a small group on a hard, steep 4 hour Sunday morning walk, or the afternoon easier 2-hour rainforest meander.
