Walk | A bushwalk of any kind short or longFrom Wildflower Reserve walk west to upper reaches of lake. Follow shoreline to boat ramp then fire trail and track to Cooper Creek. Some off-track to shoreline then to outskirts of Kings Point. Return to Wildflower Res via bush track. Figure of 8 walk can be varied. View

The Branch will be supporting the gathering of signatures on a petition related to water losses in our drinking water catchments caused by long-wall coal mining and promoting memberships and our bushwalking program. Walk | A bushwalk of any kind short or longPublic Transport | There are public transport options to and from this activity.Cowan to Brooklyn. This is a popular section of the Great North Walk, with scenery ranging from foreshore to ridge top lookouts. We will follow the Great North Walk from Cowan Station down to the picturesque Jerusalem Bay, then climb up over a series of ridges before descending into Brooklyn. This walk is a great one-way trip from station to station with numerous water views, including a circumnavigation of Brooklyn Dam whilst enjoying a wonderful diversity of flora along the way. Slippery sections.
