8 Jun, Sat From Heaven to Hell and Back
Grade:5/6 Length 8km Sydney Branch
Yuri B.
Walk | A bushwalk of any kind short or longFind out why this part of the Gardens of Stone region must be protected for future generations. This is a walk of great contrasts. We will drive to a spot off the Great Dividing Range and make our way through the soaring pagodas into the stunning Hall of Elrond and then down into the green valley and to the edge of an open cut coalmine. Using another ridge, we will then make our way back up to the top of the Great Dividing Range and the cars through more stunning pagodas. Scrambling and exposure.
