Martin Puchert and Lou de Beuzeville are amateur SCUBA divers, underwater photographers and citizen scientists. Hear about their involvement in Reef Life Survey which monitors the biodiversity of underwater life around the world, including Sydney. (Fully Booked - Ask leader about waiting list) Car camping trip with a series of day walks in the magnificent granite country of Mt Buffalo National Park near Bright in northern Victoria. Walks are all medium degree of difficulty between 10 and 14 kms in distance. We will be camping in the Lake Catani Campground in the national park and driving to walks on roads that are mostly sealed with the occasional section of good quality dirt road. No public transport options are available, participants need to bring their own vehicles or make their own arrangements to share. This is being run in conjunction with the Victorian Rail Trail trip organised by Vicki Presdee. Participants can do either trip or join both. Contact leader for itinerary and further information.
