|Medium walk along Bargo River to Seethru and Mermaids Pools then along ridge via Matilda Track to lookout. This is a well worn track offering superb views of Bargo River and includes views of Mermaids Pool and Tahmoor Gorge. For those not doing the extension walk, lunch at the lookout and then return along the Matilda Track to car park (8km return, 160m total ascent).
Optional (hard) extension walk (grade 4, walk with strict limit of 12 walkers):
We will continue beyond lookout and down Rosies Pass into Tahmoor Gorge for lunch. After lunch, we will continue walking along the gorge and back up to the ridge via Jacks Pass and back to car park. (Total walk: 11.5km, 400m total ascent). Unfenced cliffs. Steep ascent and descent particularly on optional extension. Rock hopping.

Flexible days where you can opt to do your own thing. Some of the planned activities are Paddling Burley Griffin, 2 cycling days around the lake visiting galleries & exhibits etc, Canberra Zoo, Botanical Gardens & Arboretum and a 40/60 km ride to Belconnen and Gungahlin. Virtually all the cycling shall be on bike trails. Weather will determine the day/days we paddle. PFDs compulsory. Limit: 18. View|

|This walk will attempt to traverse the Wollemi NP from its easternmost point near Bulga in the Hunter Valley to its westernmost point at Oz Mountain next to Bylong Valley Way. It is expected to take 12 days. Please note that this walk is now closed. Exploratory. Scrambling and exposure.

|A shoreline walk. We walk from the biggest steel arch bridge to the second biggest steel arch bridge. We start under the Sydney Harbour Bridge and walk around Lavender Bay, Berrys Bay, Gore Cove and along the Lane Cove River following local tracks and reserves the whole way. The miracle is that they all connect up to form a bushwalk almost all the way. See Sydney from a totally different angle.

|Following the guidebook published with the recent Walking Upstream exhibition at Wollongong Art Gallery, we explore some of our myriad and complex waterways. The creeks are often on private land or they disappear into pipes, so we follow them as far as we can. We walk on streets, pathways and through public land. We continue by following Byarong Creek from Figtree to some way up Mt Keira. May be creek crossings and untracked sections.
