Walk along a few streets and then cycleway along the Nepean River to South Camden, then a few more streets to Bowman Reserve for lunch. Mostly flat, a few ups and downs, lovely reserves and a bit of bush. Hopefully some lovely autumn colours. Bus return to Camden, coffee in Camden, then bus to Campbelltown, train return to city. Watch out for cars when walking on the black stuff. Lots of downs to the lookouts and then ups to the road. Quality of track is poor at some lookouts.

From Leura Station follow roads, paths and tracks to Leura Cascades. Continue descent and pick up Lindemans Pass. Follow this challenging track to Gladstone Pass. Ascend the spectacular pass to the Fairmont resort and follow various tracks to Wentworth Falls via Conservation Hut. Cliff edges, creek crossings and slippery conditions.

Visit Blast Furnace Park and Lake Pillans Wetlands on way to Lithgow Station. A torch for the culvert might be handy if it is foggy. One creek crossing is on logs and a metre above creek. A couple of steep dirt embankments have only rough steps cut into them.
