|Park vehicles at Airly Gap, GR 238 326. Walk south and then west following the alignment of the former tramway/self-actuated incline to the transfer station site then the double track skip haulage to the high level tunnel through the SW end of Mount Airly; climb the spur to the top of the SW corner of Mount Airly, inspect the crest /edge of cliff line before heading north to descend into a tributary of Gap Creek and hence back to the vehicles. Exploratory for the leader. Scrambling and exposure.

|The Bicentennial National Trail – Pagoda Road – West of Pagoda Road – Fire trail - Bike Track back to vehicles. This is not the classic Pagoda Road walk, we will explore the country further to the west. Spectacular pagoda country under threat from mining, see it while you can. Off-track, bike track, minor scrambles and a little mild scrub.

|Lake Alexandra to 40' Falls. The track follows the Nattai River from the lake to Nattai Creek where the track to the falls leaves the main track and follows the Nattai Creek Track to the falls. It is possible to climb around behind the falls for a sheltered spot in hot weather. Return by the Boxvale Track. Rough track, slippery rocks, creek crossing and steep steps.

|Wombat Hill Lookout and Rebeccas View. The walk begins at Meryla Pass in Morton NP. From the locked gate continue on the fire trail along the ridge. There are several view points which look towards Mt Carrialoo, Crankeys Creek and Lake Yarrunga until reaching the end of the track overlooking Wombat Hill. On the return there is an optional trail leading to Rebeccas View over Sandys Creek on the other side of the ridge. Rough track, unfenced cliffs.

|One of my favourite circuit walks in the Gardens of Stone National Park! Starting at Newnes and following Little Capertee Creek, then onto Point Nicholson and past the justifiably famous Red Rocks, before continuing along Canobla Creek down to Canobla Gap. Day 2 will see us exploring either Mt Canobla or Point Anderson before returning on day 3 via a different route back to Newnes.
The grassy comfortable campsite has water nearby and is in a superb location surrounded by the magnificent GOS National Park. Rock scrambling and off-track walking.

|(Updated Details) (Details now confirmed) Koolpin Creek to Twin Falls via Jim Jim Falls. My last trip like this was super! So now a fantastic full-pack walk arranged just for the NPA by Willis’s Walkabout in the wonderful Kakadu NP. Majestic in places with interesting diversity in the landscape and interesting rock art. Lots of swimming and great camping spots. A long walk with a pack, made easier by the benign climate and our ability to share gear. Contact me for costs and further information.
