Walk | A bushwalk of any kind short or longFully Vaccinated | All participants must be able to show proof they are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to particpate.Public Transport | There are public transport options to and from this activity.Today we walk from North Ryde to Thornleigh. It's a beautiful bushwalk along the Lane Cove River, somewhat rocky but generally good track, ending with a steep climb to Thornleigh Station at the end. There are 5 mild creek crossings. Beautiful sandstone caves, magestic gum trees and grass trees are there to welcome you. The track is adorned with wildflowers: Boronia, wattles, rice flowers, grevillea and more. Hazards: Steep and slippery sections, creek crossings.

Meet 8:50 at 259 bus stop from western side of Chatswood Station, Victoria Avenue (Stand G) The bus stop is roughly outside the Chatswood RSL Club. Bus leaves at 9am. If you miss the bus, take an uber or taxi to trail head at River Ave/Dehli Road, because it is an hourly bus.
