   Save Kosci walk: day 8. 20km, with a climb of 300 metres in the morning then mostly downhill or flat. Highlights include walking the shady tourist road through the Mt Gibraltar Reserve in the morning, with morning tea at Bowral Lookout. The route also provides an introduction to some of the wealthier suburbs of the Southern Highlands, where mansions are set in manicured gardens, and verges have been mown for us by the staff. Through the main streets of Bowral and Moss Vale for some publicity for the cause, and nearly 5km of path through fields for some tranquility for the soul.
