   This summer jaunt is part walk, lilo and swim! Basically we walk down to the delightful Lincoln Creek via Pisgah Rock Track and then walk up Lincoln Creek as far as we dare before using our trusty lilos to float down the creek and shoot the rapids where possible. Guaranteed lots of swimming, refreshing watery times and general good fun. Hazards: Steep track down Pisgah Rock and rapids on the lilo.
