Starting at the Northern Beaches Hospital, because of its easy access by public transport, we will walk to Natural Bridge and around to Roseville Bridge via Bantry Bay and Middle Harbour. We climb 146 metres and drop 235 metres on this walk. Hazards: Some rocks to clamber over but generally reasonable track. Some creek crossings.
