  As part of the Australian Heritage Festival this walk is organised by Sydney Tramway Museum and National Parks Association. The opportunity to learn about the flora and fauna around the Bungoona Path area during walks led by members of the National Parks Association, Sydney Branch. Easy walk on concrete path, approx. 50 minutes for the round walk from start to finish. The guides will meet the tram from Loftus at the R.N.P. Terminus. Last guided walk starts after arrival of tram around 2:25pm. Wear flat shoes and a hat, bring water and a light snack. Toilets at nearby car park.
Trams leave Sydney Tramway Museum, Loftus, first heading northwards towards Sutherland hourly from 10am until 3pm, then on return to Museum, departs at 15 minutes past the hour for The Royal National Park, arriving at the terminus there approx. 7 minutes later. Departure from The Royal National Park is from 10:30am then hourly, with last tram at 3:30pm, terminating at the Museum.
Travel on the tram is for holders of the all-inclusive Day Ticket ($20, $15, $10) or return Parklink Ticket - $6 Adult, $4 conc./child.
